Beatriz Granado is a Graphic and Space Designer & Researcher from Portugal, currently living in Lisboa.

Graduated from FBAUL – Lisboa (2014) with a BA in Communication Design comprising an exchange program at NTU – Nottingham (2013).

An interest in broadening the inputs to a Graphic Design practice led to a one year graduate studies in Contemporary Art and Curatorial Practice at FLUL – Lisboa (2017). With Graphic Design at the core, Beatriz challenged it as an expanded practice and graduated the Design, Space and Communication MA program at the HEAD – Genève (2019).

Sees design as a mutant process that keeps on feeding the eagerness to gather, shift, rewrite from what is often unquestioned and ‘real’. Mindful to communication, it allows these notions to be stretched and fragmented. Often dematerialised, but always in neverending motion and restlessness towards what it engages in conversation with.

As a paralel to her studies, Beatriz was involved in different projects and iniciatives. See here [CV] →
